TERMS OF SERVICE
Commission Process
- First half of the payment must be sent before I start working. The second half must be sent once I am finished with the art.- I only accept payment via paypal in Euro.- I can make bigger changes to the art while I am at the sketch stage. Once the sketch is finished I will ask you to approve it. Once I start rendering I will only be able to make minor changes.- If two or more people are part of the design process and it comes to a disagreement, then I will follow the instructions given by the person who is paying for the art.- I can refuse to work on any commission I do not want to do. If you are unsure if I would do your commission feel free to ask me, if it is not my thing I will let you know.- Your art should be finished in 1-2 months. You can ask for updates about the art any time you want.
Refund Policy
- If for any reason I cannot complete your commission and I have not yet finished the sketch, then I will give you a full refund.- If you change your mind about getting a commission from me after the payment has been sent I will not give you a refund.
